Job notes, levelled up. Notes now do a lot more: Attach files, photos and location to any note.

Resolved an issue where some jobs got stuck in Started despite being complete. Our first attempt made things worse, which was a bold strategy. This release contains the less exciting but much better version: the actual fix.
