I tried to cancel my order immediately after finding out that the expected delivery date was 3 weeks but the customer service was terrible and didn’t help me at all. Why sell shoes online if you don’t have them in stock. Making customers wait over 20 days for shoes that come poorly packaged. This experience has been terrible and I will never shop with you again not even in store. ### 1/5 — Terrible Place *2025-12-22, version 5.3* Shoe Palace is the most terrible shoe retailer that I have encountered and I will NEVER spend another dime in this place.
