First I tried ordering on my phone, which went into a continuous loop. Refreshing it had no effect so I had to use the back button to “leave checkout”. I then moved on to my iPad hoping that would solve the problem, It did not! Took me about 6-7 different attempts before I was finally able to place my order. Not a pleasant experience especially when the item I was ordering was extremely “low in stock”. ### 5/5 — Amazing! *2022-01-07* I always buy my shoes and boots from this wonderful store. Received an email saying parcel had been dispatched Wednesday morning, but courier has never received parcel. Emailed but still not even an acknowledgement, and three live chats later, despite being told three times a refund for postage would be processed and order would arrive, still nothing. Customer service staff not helpful, one was quite rude and I’ve been told to be patient !!! It was a birthday present, I couldn’t be patient, that’s why I paid extra for next day delivery. I’ve now had to buy another birthday present, which cost more money.
