Also the app and the website are sometimes not synchronized. Documents are easy to organize with note taking ability. What could be improved: 1) Search functionality could deliver more accurate results on top. 2) Importing of PDFs via email seems to miss some occasionally. I feel terrible for not having switched sooner. Nothing scans correctly and things stay in queue forever. Wild to pay $9.99 a month for so long and there are few if any upgrades. I end up manually entering and still it stays unprocessed. Not even sure why I’ve been paying them when I need to do all the work at this point.
