My wife (MD) couldn’t pull this scan off and neither could I. You could actually have a great product; however, the road between your product and the consumer is a difficult one to navigate. 

Yes, I see the ‘get help’ and schedule some time button, which makes me cringe.

Watched a couple videos .Did my scans and insoles arrived a couple days later . Definitely recommend
