Please fix this for a smoother experience. Also for airport pickups, you should be able to track delayed flights and help reassign or modify bookings, the call centre keeps threatening to cancel the booking despite being aware that delayed flights are not in the passengers control. ### 1/5 — You’ve lost a loyal customer *2025-11-23* I’ve been using shoffr for years now and I have recommended it to so many people. Unfortunately, it seems like they’ve gotten bad with time and are overlooking their value of a good experience. Over the last few consecutive rides, I’ve faced multiple issues. They’ve canceled last minute, multiple pick-ups were delayed because of overlapping bookings and cars ran out of charge which made the experience bad. All of these are operational issues which I understand. But the lack of communication until the very last minute has made the experience annoying and irritating. I know the mission this company was started with but it just seems like they’ve forgotten their core value. I’m just very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone anymore. ### 1/5 — Unreliable service *2025-11-21* Extremely unreliable service. The last two times I’ve used this it has been a constant struggle to get an update - once the driver was just not assigned after confirmation for an airport pick up and the second time the driver was 40 mins late for an airport drop. Everything else falls far below the standard you’d expect. Pickups are delayed, the drivers often lack the professionalism and etiquette expected of a premium chauffeur service, and some come across as intimidating rather than courteous. To make matters worse - customer support is dismissive and rude, showing little interest in resolving issues. For a company that markets itself as a premium service, the overall experience is consistently disappointing. ### 1/5 — Prebook at your own risk *2026-04-23* I was left stranded at the airport around midnight when my booked ride didn’t show up on time. Extremely inconvenient and disappointing! What’s the point of booking a prepaid premium ride in advance if it’s going to be late? I would rather wait in the queue for Uber for 5-10 mins next time. It’s highly unreliable which makes this service pretty much useless. ### 1/5 — Not reliable at all *2026-03-30* My first ride itself was a nightmare. Vehicle changed due to low battery at one of their shady vehicle Center. Despite that, I booked second ride and it was even worse. Driver arrived 45 mins late and we literally almost missed the train by a minute and catching the train with pregnant woman is very much a mental agony that we went through. Never booking again with Shoffr. ### 1/5 — Unreliable Service & Horrible Support *2026-03-24* Have experienced multiple last minute cancellations for an airport ride with one of them causing me to miss a flight and absolutely no recourse from Shoffr support team! The driver simply excused himself saying he had a flat tyre and zero alternate arrangements were made after making me wait for 40 mins with fake assurances that they are arranging for another driver. The support lady was horrible and had absolutely zero compassion for the grave loss they caused to me by making me miss my flight. NEVER BOOK THEM IF YOU VALUE RELIABILITY AND NEED TO GET SOMEWHERE ON TIME. ### 1/5 — Completely Unreliable, book at your own risk. *2026-02-08* I booked a taxi 12 hrs in advance for pickup at 11:55pm Terminal1 airport. Their booking said that the pickup will be from premium pick up spot but the moment I reach with my family on airport they refuse to come at the pick up point saying that it will be chargeable, instead they ask me to come to parking place which is 700m from the terminal. How am I supposed to do at midnight with my old mother, two small kids and bunch of luggages? Ultimately booked Uber as they refused to pick me up from the same point which was mentioned in their booking initially and the trip was eventually cancelled. ### 1/5 — Highly Unreliable service *2026-01-11* I booked the cab using the app. 30 minutes before pickup the driver told me that he will come after an hour because he will take a stop over to eat. After constantly calling the customer service, another driver was alloted who also didn't come as per his ETA. On top of that, a cancellation fees was charged from me. I will definitely not recommend anyone to use the services. ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-12-18* current modua operandi of this app is to complete payment upfront with booking confirmation after 15 minutes of payment. However within 1 minute of payment , will receive a cancellation notification within payment and amount will be refunded after 1 to 5 working days. This looks like a scam as its intentionally made to do payment before confirmation ### 1/5 — Not able to handle rising number of customers *2025-12-12* I was a big fan and loyal customer of Shoffr for airport rides but lately I have noticed that they are not able to handle rising demands. Had two back to back exp of cab not getting allocated even after booking 2weeks in advance. I had to remind them by calling that I have booking to which they said wait for another 25 mins to get cab at 10 in the night which is not possible for ppl coming from ling journey with kids. So they are losing on reliability factor and now I will explore multiple options before before booking Shoffr. ### 1/5 — Unreliable, my 70+ parents were stranded *2025-12-07* Driver didn’t pick up the calls. Customer care kept insisting they’re in touch with the driver and asked me to not cancel. After a back and forth of 30 mins, they cancelled without any notice and then I couldn’t even call the customer care to confirm as you can only get through if you’ve an active ride. Had an absolutely nightmarish experience, as a result my parents were stranded in a city they didn’t know well, at the airport outside the arrival gate as they had been told the driver had reached. Never trusting Shoffr again. ### 1/5 — New interface is bad *2025-12-04* There are bugs in this new app interface. Even if i choose my current location it keeps asking for a ‘more precise location’. This is for an airport pick up so i don’t understand how i can input a more precise location for pick up than what the maps is automatically picking. Some of them are showing their age and abuse. ### 5/5 — Safe, reliable, and stress-free experience *2026-06-12* Recently used Shoffr for an airport drop at around 2 AM and had a really good experience. Since it was a late-night ride, I was a little confused before booking, but it turned out to be totally worth it. The driver arrived on time, came out of the car himself to help with my luggage, and was very polite. Throughout the journey, there was no unnecessary small talk, and he was fully focused on driving, which made me feel comfortable and safe. The best part was the overall sense of safety, especially for a girl travelling alone at night. They even provided water bottles, which was a nice touch. The ride was smooth, professional, and hassle-free from start to finish. I had booked just 7hrs before the required time and i got the details of the driver 1 hr earlier. Had a fantastic experience with the driver and booking. I also like the fact that they have a human customer support who can help with any issues. ### 3/5 — Airport pickup and drop *2025-11-15* Airport Drop: I never had any pickup issues except that the drivers are new to Bangalore and need lot of directions to reach the pickup point. Airport Pickup: I’m rating low as recently I had few issues for pickup from airport. They asked for 45 mins extra to the pickup time which I believe is unacceptable and unreliable. Refund: The customer service and refund process is super smooth. I would give them 6 out of 5 for the refund process.
