It feels good around my ears and I could hear everything around me. It doesn’t look bad either, need to make the battery to last a little longer. I was able to download the latest firmware and learn the prompts of the dots just from using the app as soon as I opened them. I have closed and restarted it twice and checked my settings to confirm they’re connected, but the app still says “Searching”. As a former military member I have high expectations on products I’m using. Not only thinking of design, quality sound, and durability. Shokz truly knocks it out of the park with their products! The quality of and build is that of one of a kind, bar none. For being just getting back into long running and gym workouts my expectations were lower than what most would have. They truly have impress me and made me a lifetime customer. On top of that their app is designed perfectly. I bought the behind-the-head model from Costco only to find the app doesn’t work with them…at all. I am now stuck with the bright assaulting white background when using the app. If the option is still available then it is not easily found because I’ve searched for it all through the app and no luck finding it so I assume it’s gone. If the option to being back the app appearance to dark mode or any other dark color other than white that would be most appreciated. Now it doesn't detect them at all. Reinstalled, reconnected, forgot & reconnected again, etc. I'm listening to them right now though. They never disconnected, they just have the shiddiest touch controls that literally only trigger on accident so I wanted to turn them off. Deleting because apparently it’s useless and can’t be used to adjust any settings. Went to log in and it says email address is not registered. Tried again- 3 times. Same result every time. Can’t register and can’t log in. The manual that came with it indicated I should download the Shokz app for more features. I download the app, it’s not detecting that my headset is already connected. After some poking around the app, I finally find a list of devices and my headset is listed as Not supported. Why direct users to an unsupported app? I do not like in the ear, earbuds because they make my ear canal itchy and block out the surrounding sounds.
