App crashes as soon as it is opened. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Happening since last year, there have been multiple iOS updates but issue remains.

Called customer support a few times and still no luck

I installed the Samsung SHP-DS705 smart door lock and I tried to pair it to my iPhone 13 Pro running on iOS v16.6 and it does NOT even pair with the apps! What a rubbish and horrible apps that does not work at all! It reflects how badly Samsung as a company is which the apps do not work at all on iPhones! Extremely disappointed!

Purchase the lock 5 months again. 3 months ago my husband updated his phone, hasn’t been able to to use the app as his phone is no longer registering with the app. I updated my phone to a new iPhone (we both have iPhones, yes all up to date with updates) mine with no issue till today when I did an app update and now I can’t not unlock my home with the app. I have tried countless time to reset it but I never receive a pairing code. When you spend a lot of money for something to be a safer way to access your home and yet you can’t unlock it using the app that is designed for it. In what way are all of us that have had this issue being helped. Because after reading these reviews you seem to palm off the problem as if it’s the person who has the app that’s stopped working is an idiot!

My husband’s app stopped working with the lock after the last update and won’t let him re-register lock either. Mine stopped working yesterday (without the update) and no longer recognises the lock.

1. 등록되어있던 도어락 사라짐 2. 다시 등록하려고 해도 안됨(페어링 코드가 안 뜸) 3. 앱으로 채팅 상담 받으려고 해도 채팅창 클릭만 하면 앱 강제 종료(상담이나 문의는 당연히 못함)
얼른 개선해주세요;;;
테스트 제대로 안해보고 앱 개발하시는지...

고객센터 안내로 블루투스 설정 지우기, 앱초기화 다 하고도 페어링 코드가 안떠서 as신청했더니 부품교환 후 9만원 냈습니다. 왜 그런건지 애초에 출동기사님도 모르고 그냥 교체가 답이라는데.. 25만원짜리 도어락 블루투스 기능때문에 샀는데 이런 식으로 부품교체해서 써야하나요??? 같은 문제 있으신 분들 많은데 어플 문제로 추후 다시 사용이 가능해지면 내 9만원은 어디서 받아야 하져????????

페어링도 안 되고 코드 전송도 안 되네요

특별히 달라진 것도 없는데 쓸데없이 버전업만 되더니
연동도 안 되고.. 사용해본 어플 중에 최악입니다

이런 어플은 처음입니다. 업데이트 후에 도어락 정보가 아예 사라졌습니다. 업데이트 수정하면 되돌릴수는 있는건가요? 도어락 앱 기능을 원해서 선택한 도어락인데 리콜을 하든 도어락 환불을 해주든 조치가 필요합니다.

앱 실행시 4자리 비밀번호 묻도록 설정하여 사용중입니다. 
1.1.3 업뎃되고나서 실행시 무조건 5자리를 요청해서 로그인이 불가능하여 도어락 해제가 안되니 빠른 조치 바랍니다. 
예전에도 앱 실행시 5자리 묻는 경우가 있어 강제종료 후 새로 실행하곤 했는데 이제는 5자리라뇨? 앱을 이따위로 유지보수 할 겁니까?

App doesn’t actually do anything . Software hasn’t been undated in years.  You can’t control a single thing on the app & it certainly doesn’t pick up the comings & goings.  This should be removed from the market if not going to be maintained… Go buy the TT Lock instead, it’s amazing.

Have spent the entire time back and forth with “customer service “ and they are as useless as the app itself.
How Samsung would allow such amateurs to represent their brand is beyond me.
Would give it a zero if possible.

Update the app. People have been complaining for years and nothing seems to have been done to fix it. Unfortunately I didn’t read the app reviews before I bought the ds609. Bought it for an Airbnb property so we could remotely setup temp passcodes for guests. But that feature doesn’t work!!!! Now we have modified an antique door we are stuck with it. Very unhappy customer. Will be calling Samsung to complain. Maybe the accc if nothing done about it.

진심 안고칠꺼냐? 콜센터랑 몇번 통화해서 해결 방법 듣고 어플 문제 아니라고 서비스기사 연결 해줘서 상담하니 기기 문제 아니라고하고!! 내가 봐도 기기 문제는 아냐~ 리뷰가 하나같이 블투가 안된다고하면 원인이 분명 있을텐데 고칠 생각안하냐? 진짜 스트레스 받아서 안쓸란다 콜센터 늬들은 원인은 알고 응대하니?

아이폰 업데이트 이후 안되는분 따라서 해보세요

1. 아이폰의 블루투스 설정에서 블루투스기기 항목 중 'Smart Doorlock_V(1~99)가 있으면 삭제 진행 
2. sHome Doorlock 앱 실행 → 메뉴 → 앱 초기화 진행 3. 블루투스 재연결

Not sure about reasons for low ratings - I have installed it, registered two iphones, it works perfectly as on the spec. I suggest that people having problems update their iOS and restart the phone after installing the app. Good job Samsung!

앱을 다운받고 블루투스 다 활성화해도 등록이 안되요 등록버튼을 짧게 누르고 88*을 누르면 띠리띠리 소리가 나고 비밀번호는 아예 안눌려요
건너띄고 페어링번호받기를 해도 화면에 아무것도 안나오네요
아이폰 사용자들의 지속적인 문제 같은데 해결안되나요?ㅠㅠ

I can’t seem to remove the ‘linky chatbot’ blue bubble that gets in the way. Every time I tried to open it it’s all written in Korean and it crashes every time I try to type something. It gets in the way.

I see very little problem with this app !!

Yes ok - it does kinda suck - but only kinda - for people complaining of Bluetooth connectivity issues ..

It ain’t the app developers problems that you are technically challenged - please take two seconds to read the instructions ..

Yes ok - the instructions do suck - but heya if a simple Aussie like me can work them out.
