The variety of widgets and the iOS 16 lockscreen support is awesome. But all of that is useless because the provided informations do not meet the real life. The provided tide information varies between 3 and 5 hours the the actual tides. Very sad there is no possibility of free testing. I’ve been relying on the app to provide weather outlook—not daily but several times a week. This morning I upgraded the experience by adding a widget to my widgets drawer. I now have access to the most useful part of the app, at a glance. Most weather apps make a big deal about UV index, which is a very robotic gauge. Whereas Shoobie focuses on this very human thing which is “how much time can I be outdoors before I will be sunburn?” That’s now in my at-a-glance widgets.
