One thing I definitely miss is notifications for triggered gtt, both sell and buy. Other bug/feature: Inspite of making a gtt order, the order by default goes as day order unless specifically changed to gtt. I would prefer it to be automatically changed from day to gtt, as at the moment it is counter productive to have to manually change from day to gtt. 1 failed to notice it for last three days and had to repeatedly place new orders, to only realise what was going wrong Developer Response Hi! There is an option at upside of the application where we can see how index are exactly in the market there should be like, after clicking any index there should be appear all information regarding that particular index like options chain, chart by which it is going to easy to use. Developers have mad a complex interface, it should be easy to use not to difficult. You know during trading there is a margin of error and we have to make it quickly to enter in the market so with using this application it takes time reach that particular strike price but in the mean time the move has already gone. So, I requesting to developers on the behalf of many shoonya user please make it simple for trading in future and option, otherwise there is no need of this application. When i tried shoonya i feel like this one is worst application i ever used. There are multiple issues in this application like many time i am unable to login into my account. Lagging issue is there. Customer support service is also not working. Advise not use this application for future and option trading. Sometimes It says user does not exist. The only way to sign in is by clicking on forgot password unnecessarily and also even then it does not generate otp. Once I managed to sign in and as I was prompted to verify the bank account the app also credited rs 1 to my account. However, the page then became stuck in a constant loading state, preventing me from completing the verification process. I was really hoping to trade via shoonya. Hope these issues will be resolved for a smoother signing in and trading experience ### 1/5 — Dont use this if you are a professional trader. *2024-04-09, version 1.18* This app has a ton of glitches, better use the website instead of the app. You can only place orders, cannot place Stop loss. Sometime even if you square off the trade is still in position. My capital would have wiped out almost, since when i placed the Stop loss it did not execute. When i checked on the web portal there was nothing in the pending orders even though the trade was placed. I have been trying to add once for last 2-3 days but not getting any success. Most of the time the continue button, and the verify button doesn’t work. And if continue button works while adding fund to your trading account through UPI, it will not get executed and when I check on the recent transactions, it shows waiting for user action/payment gateway response. Best way to loose money *2023-06-13, version 1.13* If you want to exit the order at 9:15. If you have made a limit order. There is no way you can edit it till 9:30 AM. You can only watch MTM turning from GREEN to DEEP red. and it affects the trading psychology. Tried raising a ticket, it is of no use. Same issue, i tried yesterday, profitable trade moved to negative, averaged it and tried to close today, silly system screwed me again.. There is a saying, When something is free, you are the product. I will be closing this trade and no longer return to this platform... Regards ### 1/5 — SHOONYA domain app is pathetic *2022-12-13, version 1.8* Earlier version was good in term of order quick execution but new one is having soooooo many bugs .. don’t know that your testing team have tested I can count minimum 10 important bugs .. 1 not showing average buy/sell price 2 can’t convert normal to mis 3 no direct access to option chain and once order is placed order window and option chain is gone and have to search from scratch (through future info tab)4 while doing full exit of all order it’s taking normal order by default even for MIS positions and place new order in normal 5 if click market order and then click on limit order it’s not updating latest price of asset in price field it keeping the old value only .please fix these issue asap otherwise wise I will have to switch to other broker .because user experience is very bad of this latest app. Additionally too much info in option chain hard to find strikes for quick execution you can make it configureable if want to add more details. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Quick execution *2026-03-27, version 1.36* Quick execution makes placing trades easier.
