Whenever I try to cancel an appointment, it loads for so long that it doesn’t let me cancel it. ### 1/5 — Can’t login after latest update May 14th-15th 2024 *2024-05-17, version 3.0.1* Once credentials are entered it says session expired immediately. Cannot schedule a thing unfortunately and my son is dying to play. Cannot log into the updated app- but I can still access via web browser. I updated my password when logging into the updated app as well. Help. ### 1/5 — Needs a lot of work *2024-04-11* Biggest frustration is the Mindbody integration for booking classes. Once you book, there is no way to check later and see what you booked. You can’t search multiple dates at a time to look for events, classes or a specific time slot. Design wise, the red, black, white color scheme is really awful visually. Everything looks the same. Scrolling through the workouts, there is nothing visually separating the different classes other than the words. ### 2/5 — Can’t add siblings *2023-12-31* This app is complete, fun an easy to use, however if you have two memberships then that’s an issue because you can only have one player in the app. Apparently it’s a glitch, but no one at Shoot 360is replying me or the training facility. ### 2/5 — Login info never saved! *2023-08-22* App is just alright. Biggest problem is it never saves login information. Every time you open the app you have to enter your email address and password. Everytime I try to book something it says “Sorry, No services are available for purchase” even though I can see how many slots there are. I don’t understand why it’s set up this way. I registered my membership on the 8th last month, but now I can’t make any reservations from the 1st to the 7th unless I renew my membership on the 1st. While phone reservations are possible, the lines only open at 2 pm each day, meaning I often miss the slots I want. It’s disappointing. ### 1/5 — Great place - bAD app! *2024-06-03* Love 360 facility and what it offers . Been members for 2 years . But ....the app is so bad . It bugs out and won't let you book. And it won't let you chance locations . Every "update" makes the app worse than before . Now you can only see the last workout , or the previous week/month. How do I know? Because it makes zero sense. I feel like the app gets worse with every up date. The app also is failing in certain areas and makes you log back in. Please hire experienced developers. We cannot choose different locations each time we schedule our kid’s workout sessions. If we choose the home court in Garden Grove, all our previously scheduled appointments in Irvine switched to GG. At the time signing the contract, it says we can come to any locations. The app update took away that option. Due to work schedule, half of our scheduled workouts are in Irvine to be close to work. With this issue, my kid can only go to a few sessions. Please fix the issue asap. ### 3/5 — Good app but needs some improvements *2022-11-19* 1. I’ve noticed that in the gym the map is correct and recognizes 3-pt shots, but in the app it calls them 2-or shots. 2.
