Downloaded the game and it never worked. I’d start it and it would crash! I have an iPhone 11 too in case you think it’s an old device. I tried deleting and reinstalling too same results. To bad looked promising.

Despite claiming that this app works on my iPhone 7, the game crashes within 30 seconds every time I open it. And I have downloaded dozens of soccer apps, many similar to this one, and I have not had a problem with any of them.
