Recently, I have changed to iPhone16ProMax, and the autofocus cannot be used, there is a breathing effect, and it cannot be focused. I hope it will be repaired. ### 3/5 — 4K 60fps will drop frames. *2025-03-26, version 3.10.6* I have purchased the pro plan. We are using NDI to output to OBS at 4K60fps, but the video is momentarily choppy with a momentary return. This does not happen when using 4K30fps. The USB camera driver is out of date and does not work with the latest MacOS. I bought the pro plan thinking i was going to have that feature because its listed in there but i didn't. EpocCamPro or Camo app. $349 for lifetime, wow. **Developer response:** You are absolutely right. I have to admit I misunderstood some advice on pricing in making this major price increase. I have cut the Lifetime Updates from $349 to $99 and will be further refining the pricing soon (this will require a few technical changes) so that nobody needs to pay for features they are not interested in. I would also add that the "1 year updates" purchase is a lifetime unlock for the current feature set, so it gives you almost as much as the Lifetime Updates plan - the app doesn't require an active subscription to keep these features. ### 1/5 — Forced subscription for people who bought the old app *2022-06-12* It doesn’t make any sense they charge for a subscription to unlock all the features inside the app since I already paid for the app. I guess you guys are about to get what you deserve for all the greed when apple releases continuity camera for iphone making this app useless **Developer response:** This is not true! ### 1/5 — Ruined by water mark *2022-05-08, version 3.1.12* The app updated and now it has a watermark mid-screen. You need to pay to send signal to other device. Then you pay to record only your device. Then you have to subscribe to control it remotely. Really bad user experience. **Developer response:** Fair. Nothing fancy, no social media posting, recording, etc. With Shoot app, an iPod touch, HDMI cable and a smart tv, I’m in business. Super intuitive, very easy to use and clean HDMI output (nothing shows up on the tv except what I’m doing, no controls, etc). Each individually, partially, or collectively selectable. Unlike its competitors, Shoot app gives me FULL control over each aspect of the camera’s behavior. It is the smoothest webcam app I have so far and it runs so well with the extra air server if you buy that as well - so much better than NDI connection and very stable for wireless. Super when on USB and so much potential than the other app. Have been using on my M1 Air and greatly upgraded the quality of my camera without breaking the bank. Also helps a lot in getting a second camera setup when I needed it occasionally but without having to buy an extra camera which will have so much less function. I still can’t get over how great this app is. Able to “draw” on the camera js exactly what I need for online teaching. Saving me to take a screen shot and try to draw on it. And able to use app on iphone 6!!! That’s a bonus and save a lot for a second camera and being resourceful with old tech sitting around !! Plus I like it how I can test all the features before paying to make sure it is what i’m looking for - which is all I want. Thanks. Please continue to give us more features and updates! Options to control on phone or on computer - so less apps opens. Web controls is still unstable at times so hopefully we can get a better choice in future.
