You literally can’t send emails, look up job information. Nothing. I was told they were going to make big improvements and this app is the worst. Please make a new app for those of us who have used your service FOR over 10 years!!! **Developer response:** Hi Perlawolf, we've released some updates in the last few months to address some of your concerns specifically the ability to send emails. I hope you will give the ShootQ app another try. Thanks for the feedback! ### 1/5 — No good *2022-05-08, version 1.1.3* I would give it a zero if it let me. I have had ShootQ for 10 years .They should have left the old app alone. Makes me want to switch to the 20 other booking sites that are much cheaper monthly. **Developer response:** Hi boileau2764, we've released some important updates in the last few months and plan to continue to make improvements. We appreciate your continued support. ### 1/5 — Very lackluster *2021-10-28, version 1.0.8* When shootQ revamped their website they should’ve left the old app alone! This new app should still be considered a Beta version. It has little functionality for todays studio owners who manage a lot on the go from their car. No editing capabilities is a major problem but the just goes in from there. The development team has obviously still developing this app. It’s time for an upgrade! ### 1/5 — Not even close to what ShootQ rep said *2020-08-08, version 1.0.6* I spent like 30 min on phone with a rep, I tell her I’m on the go a lot and can I send contracts from my phone. She said of course just download the APP, you can do everything from there. So I download it and it’s absolutely nothing but a glorified phone address book. Know what you’re talking about first before you send a client up the river without any paddles. I give this app Negative 2 star ratings!! ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2019-11-05, version 1.0.6* This app doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — Pretty useless for now *2019-08-26, version 1.0.6* Hoping that they are working on picking up this project soon. For now, the app is abysmal. Can’t send any templated emails or questionnaires. Not intuitive in the slightest. I tried to add a new lead and got so annoyed I just gave up. Yeah, pretty much useless for now. :-/ ### 1/5 — Worthless *2019-07-31, version 1.0.6* I was really hoping that this app would be better than the last one which was just awful. This one is a scaled down version of the old one and completely worthless. The only thing I can access is job titles and main contacts. I can’t access contracts (doesn’t even show what package they booked)or questionnaire answers which makes this completely worthless. Unbelievably disappointing. ### 2/5 — The app isn’t great *2020-06-05, version 1.0.6* The website is wonderful but the app isn’t anywhere near as nice. Once you create an event you cannot edit it for any reason. I don’t even see an option to delete to just put a new one in. The website allows you to use the contact’s facebook url as contact info but I’ve been having to put that in as a note so I can use it to reach my clients if needed. I don’t like that you cannot edit events. That’s a big deal.
