## What is ShootSync?

Working in film and TV means constantly shifting schedules, endless PDF revisions, and last-minute call time changes. ShootSync takes the pain out of production scheduling by instantly turning your complex PDF schedules into neatly organised calendar events.
Designed specifically for crew members, ShootSync reads your production documents, extracts your specific call times, and synchronises everything directly to your native calendar. Whether you are on a multi-block drama or a fast-paced commercial, you will always know exactly where you need to be.

Key Features
Instant Calendar Syncing: Import your PDF schedules and instantly map your shoot days, wrap times, and unit base locations to your calendar.

Smart Kit Prep Reminders: Never get caught out on a Monday morning. ShootSync automatically schedules 5-day kit prep reminders that intelligently land on a Friday, never on a weekend.

Advanced Extraction: For complex, multi-column DOODs (Day Out of Days) and heavily formatted schedules, our Advanced Mode uses cloud-power to flawlessly extract detailed scene lists, cast numbers, and notes.

Automatic Re-syncing: Productions change constantly. When you upload a revised pink or blue schedule, ShootSync detects the changes, updates your calendar, and provides a clear change log so you know exactly what shifted.

Privacy First: All basic parsing happens on-device. When using Advanced Mode, your data is securely processed and immediately discarded.
