It’s been like this for a few days now and I really want to shop! The app is otherwise fairly simple and easy to use. It’s frustrating that it can’t even be used now. If the issue is resolved I will update my rating but for now it’s just 2 stars bcuz it can’t even be used! ***Update*** As of 2/27/25 the app is still not working! I just tried again and it still gives the same msg as b4 then immediately shuts down. Very disappointed and will bring this issue up further. ### 3/5 — Needs work *2021-07-30, version 5.4* I downloaded the app to receive a discount on my order, but based on this experience I will probably delete the app and just use the browser site for any future purchases. UI is clunky, buggy, and slow; no option to filter at all, and finding a category (eg, "skirts") is unintuitive; if you use the search bar, half the results that show up will be sold out and you can't filter them out (why would I want search results that are sold out?); if you click an embedded link in an item description and then add that secondary item to your cart, it's actually the first item that will be added to your cart (ie, I click on a skirt, the description says "try pairing with this shirt!", I click the link for the shirt and add it to my cart, but the skirt is added instead); and I experienced multiple crashes and oversights in the checkout process. I love this brand, and I hope they give some extra love and attention to their systems and processes. I had to unsub from the emails because the subject lines were egregiously dishonest clickbait and the app is in serious need of testing and repair. Additionally, I'm nervous to make big purchases on a clunky app because according to other reviews, customer service isn't responsive when an order goes wrong or a glitch occurs. It's frustrating that a fresh and exciting brand like this is so behind industry standards in these critical areas. ### 1/5 — Won’t let you check out *2021-06-24, version 5.3* I tried for days to checkout but it kept saying it won’t ship to my address. My current problem is that if I click on an item, there is nowhere on the app to leave the item. Emailed for a resolution, it has been days now & still no response. I would not recommend ordering from this website!! The replacement came and it was a size smaller. I emailed customer service and they were super responsive and credited me the shipping to send the dress back and for the size I needed. The dress is really pretty and good quality!
