Häufig kommt es vor, daß man die Gesundheitskarte in der Praxis einlesen lassen muß, bevor überhaupt ein Rezeptwunsch registriert und ausgestellt wird! Der Grund dafür liegt darin, daß ein neues Quartal begonnen hat und somit erst die Gesundheitskarte gefordert wird, bevor die Damen an der Rezeption überhaupt reagieren. “Dann steht man auf ganz dünnem Eis!“ Wir mußten schon von mehreren Stunden bis zu maximal drei Tagen von freitags am Vormittag bis zum Montag nachmittags warten. Und dies entgegen der Aussage der Arzthelferin! In den Apotheken sind diese Praxen sehrwohl bekannt, weil die Debatten der Patient dort geführt werden. Das Thema gehört jetzt bei uns der Vergangenheit an. 
Das Einlesen der Karte dauert lange, bis die Rezepte ausgelesen wurden. Die Anlieferung der Medikamente erfolgt schnell und zuverlässig!
Ich frage mich nur, wie ältere Menschen ohne PC und Handy mit dieser Technik zurecht kommen?
