The app is very user friendly! ### 1/5 — Terrible return policy/customer service *2021-06-12, version 1.4* I wouldn’t suggest ordering anything if you have any question about what size you wear. I wear 7 in Kancan jeans but ordered the shorts and the 7 was too small. Review the return policy! I had to pay $11 to send them back and $8 for them to be “restocked”. And getting someone to respond to you takes several days. They are usually sold out of most items.
