Why fix something that doesnt need fixing? There are no product specifications listed for any of the gemstones/jewelry. Browsing through the app, if there is any specifications or details i want to see, i have to go to the website( which is not much better.) Today I received my 3 carat moissanite solitaire I won from auction. It is only 1 carat. I didn’t even want a refund, but customer service said because it wasn’t taken to a jeweler (a $4 ring I received minutes ago) they can’t do anything. That’s fine. It wasn’t about a refund or return- just a correction of what they advertised. So since they want to advertise carat weights falsely, I would be very leery of what you think you’re buying from them. This new version erased ALL of my order history, including current budget pay items history. I now have no way to check on remaining budget pays. I reported it by email and called about it, but it still isn’t working properly. Please don’t do any more app updates until all the errors and problems have been worked out and repaired.
