It hangs up on opening page and just sits there. Unable to get to pharmacy easily. When there the info isn’t updated. Just received a rx delivery, yet app shows rx is still at pharmacy. Very confusing. ### 1/5 — Needs work *2026-01-19, version 6.4.7* The app needs a serious overhaul. I don’t think it’s been improved since I first downloaded it 4+ years ago. 90% of the time it doesn’t work properly and the other 10% the online orders come back wrong. There’s no reason for the United/Market street apps to be this outdated. ### 1/5 — Order not accepted! *2026-01-18, version 6.4.7* Used the app a few times to place an order successfully. Started an order, including pick up date/time, and abandoned it due to scheduling challenges. Now, I can’t get a new order to be accepted. I get all the way through, double click to pay, and get an error saying my order was already completed. I see a transaction on my debit card for 0.00, thank goodness- and also deepening the frustration. I give up. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2026-01-04, version 6.4.6* This has so be one of the worst apps out there. I see why the reviews are so low. It performs so poorly and it’s extremely confusing. It’s like someone said “how can we make a persons life harder”. It’s extremely frustrating. Especially when trying to order online because you’ve injured yourself and have my to deal with such a dumb app. ### 2/5 — Need to do Better *2026-01-03, version 6.4.6* The vast majority of the time, my new phone won’t even open the app to an operational mode so it’s basically worthless. This is also true for its sister United app. Either fix it to work or stop using and promoting your apps. More often than not I can’t get it to open in the store to take advantage of the specials and at home it has a hard time bringing up any of the menu items within the app. I’d give it negative stars if I could. Do better! Fix this app. This is where I do the majority of my shopping. I love market street and would love to utilize their curbside but geez.. I can’t use it it it takes me an hour to wait for things to load. I’ve tried deleting the app and redownloading it, disconnecting from WiFi. The loading animation is stupid and the page should just load in under a second. I shouldn’t have to wait multiple seconds to type in the text of my search. Products should be listed with store aisle location and a store map. My biggest pet peeve is their “digital coupon” - they’re essentially a scam because you have to use the app to claim it, but you can’t claim it on the app because it’s so buggy. Any section of the app I go into and then try to return to Home, it gets stuck in a thinking loop! And I think they know this! Just like the digital circle that goes round and round on a computer or a cell phone to tell you “somethings” in progress, they have a line drawing of a grocery bag with a French loaf and wine bottle that goes around and around and NOTHING happens! I have to close down the app and reopen and then it sets on a white screen with oranges and limes for minutes before the app actually reopens for me to try to do anything! You are going to lose all your customers to HEB or Walmart due to your lack of app development! The UI and UX are both terrible. Unlike other stores that will tell you how much of an item is in stock in a store and how much is left, you will get none of this. And when searching for a product, if you don’t name it correctly with the words in the right order, it will never turn up. So you either have to be very specific or be very vague and sift through dozens if not hundreds of other products The coupons never apply properly in the app, so mobile ordering and pickup is terrible. The app also hardly ever works and requires long loading times This app is one of several reasons I do not shop at Market Street as much as I used to and go to HEB or Target whose mobile apps work better ### 1/5 — Worthless app *2025-10-20, version 6.4.6* Just did an update on the app was excited, hoping that all the slow moving not loading would all be gone. I now want to drink myself into oblivion. I have been shopping at our new store since it opened just over a year ago in Rio Rancho, NM. Some aspects of it have never worked. Pros: The app does allow me to add items to cart that are on sale which allows me to get the discount at the register. That’s about all it does correctly. Cons: search engine. I stood right in front of an item today that is organic (egg roll wrappers). I wanted NON-ORGANIC wrappers so I hopped on the app. After taking almost two minutes to log me in, I searched for “egg roll wrappers” (with and without the quotes). What I got back amused me beyond my frustration. I got everything except egg roll wrappers. Even the ones I was staring at on the shelf did not show up. Then I moved and did a scan on an item, which is odd because if I scan a barcode it means I’m there with the item. Anyways, the item can back as a jar of 9 oz tartar sauce. The barcode I scanned was for teriyaki crusted fish filet. Close, but not close. The other thing with the app and its search engine is lack of location in the store. When the store first opened, locations were provided. They weren’t always correct, but they were provided. Now, they don’t provide a location - so what’s the point of the search function? If an item I’m looking shows up in a search the app is telling me “Yep - we have your item. Now go find it!” I guess the corporate big wigs took some money from app development and put it in their pockets. As a retire programmer/analyst I can tell you that this app software sucks. ### 1/5 — Sign Up? *2026-03-14, version 6.4.8* Can’t use the app unless you get an account and sign in. Works only with phone number to show purchase. My Bar code quit working in the purchase history , but cashier does make sure it’s me, When they scan it ? so it works when scanned. I’ve asked about the barcode several times it gets cut off on the bar edges when you load to wallet on phone and doesn’t read it.
