Would be 5/5 if I was able to use and purchase from the app itself. ### 3/5 — What’s the point of logging in? *2024-04-22, version 10.75.8* Ordering is easy, but it doesn’t show purchase history, no way to track orders and even though you’re logged in, you still have to type out everything for check out, every single time. So, not sure what the point of having an account. You have to go to an iPhone to do that. Other than that, great app and better product!! We love MONIN products here!! ### 2/5 — Not so hot *2020-01-18, version 10.49.15* Getting credit card and shipping information edited/changed was awful. Did not allow address editing. Did not allow automatic credit card information info for payment, and would not scan a new credit card that had the number on the back (as opposed to front). Not a pleasant experience. I have become used to apps that perform seamlessly and flawlessly. Came very close to canceling the order. ### 3/5 — Couldn’t Log In *2020-01-05, version 10.47.15* App is nice..... but it wouldn’t let me log in. So I tried to reset my password, to which it said that there wasn’t an account associated with my email. That was odd since we’ve bought from Monin for years and used the app numerous times. Soooo, I went to the New Customer section. Filled out all info, to which it then told me that there was an account already associated with my email. After about 15 minutes of doing things like closing app and reopening and trying to log in again, I gave up and checked out as a guest. Not sure how I’ll ever get this glitch straightened out. ### 4/5 — Great App, except the check out procedure. *2019-11-03, version 10.45.15* Easy to navigate app. Great products and selection. The check out process is not that great. Being a repeat customer it does not show my history for orders, it knows who I am, with the correct billing and shipping addresses, but does not allow me to choose a separate billing and shipping unless I enter the billing address again a second time, even though it was already there in my account address selection. Otherwise it is a great way to get great product. ### 4/5 — Easy to use, no recipes *2019-09-13, version 10.41.13* The search feature made finding what I wanted super easy. Cart and check out were painless. No matter what button I press or which way I try to find product products absolutely nothing shows up please fix this ### 1/5 — Shipping Options Inflated *2025-07-01, version 11.11.4* In the app there is no option for ground fed ex shipping. On their website, ground fed ex shipping is free after 40$, but on the app the cheapest shipping option is $43 + whatever you buy. No one is spending forty dollars to ship twenty dollars of syrups pls fix this 😂 ### 1/5 — Why even have an app *2024-01-09, version 10.75.4* While I am logged in to my account in the app, I’m not sure what the benefit of that is, because literally my only account options are to delete my account lol. I can’t look at my orders I’ve placed in the same account on the website, and therefore can’t check in on tracking progress, much less anything else account related. I’m not sure what the point is of having an app with such limited functionality. Monin syrups are still great though! ### 1/5 — Horrible *2023-10-19, version 10.75.3* I have been trying for days to place an order on the web and the app. It’s a terrible experience. The screen freezes and what I am told is in stock is not on the app. I guess you don’t want my business. I even contacted the company and was told in an email what I want is in stock.
