I have seen other reviewers mentioning no sound. I just noticed this issue a few weeks ago after the sound was working for me for months. What’s going on?

I wish you cold remove items since kid lost a couple of them now are the games useless ( on top the food scanner works just when ever and the band stoped working it’s just a overpriced product working half of the time

Don’t waste your time. Box the thing back up now and get your money back. Setting the check out for Christmas morning, and the belt doesn’t work right out the box. Trying to update the firmware like the instructions tell you to, but the app has been stuck in “checking for update” for 45 minutes. Complete junk.

The reason we purchased this toy was because of the app/toy interaction. I have followed all of the instructions to a tee and still no sound, which makes the app useless.
