I love this brand of hats. But this app use to be so easy to navigate but now I feel like it’s one stop away from being one of those apps with ADS lol. 
The navigation and filtering use to be extremely easy, but now filtering items has gotten back to the glitchy side of Windows 10 era. PLEASE FIX THE APP AND MAKE IT EASIER TO FILTER THE ITEMS AGAIN!!!

New Era advertises that if you download their app they’ll give you 20% off with a code that can only be used in the app. And yet, when I try and use it, it glitches and says the code must be used “in app.” Saw on Google that many people have this issue and New Era doesn’t care. Just another predatory dishonest corporation. Don’t waste your time with the app.

That's too bad. I can't view my wish list anymore; I tried deleting and redownloading the app—and even keeping it updated—but nothing worked. I hope you fix the problem, as I really like your products.

I have tried multiple times to complete a purchase through the app, but when I click on CHECKOUT it opens a browser tab and removes the discount code that you can only use on the app.  But the app itself won’t let you check out, I reached out to customer service and got nothing but auto replies.  Why promote to use the app if it is going to redirect you regardless???

I tried to use a discount code on their site and it said mobile app only. I then downloaded the app and at checkout it says the same thing discount code only for mobile app, doesn’t make any sense. I also tried signing in to my account, had to reset my account. I clicked on the link in my email and now it sends me right back to the app accomplishing nothing. I abandoned my purchase, felt the hassle wasn’t worth spending the money.

Still have not shipped out my 3 hats and it’s been 11 days. No phone support and email support is horrible. I can’t even believe such a big name can get away with this. I filed a report with the BBB. Use fanatics or Amazon. Cheaper and they actually care about their customers! This is the worst experience I ever had and that is saying something. I don’t know what else to do. You can’t call and talk to anyone. $129.23 and I paid for expedited shipping. This is crazy!!

After trying for a good time it doesn’t let me log in, I made an account several times, sends a link to log in but doesn’t accept the email or password, I’m just gonna buy my hats with HAT CLUB, at least their app works.

I’m stuck on an endless loop of trying to login to my account on the app. It won’t let me change my password. When I try to reset the password It takes me to the app and wants me to create a new account or request a new password. I’m about to delete the app. Haven’t been this bothered in a while 🤬

I contacted customer service on how to use promo code APP20. They stated to 1. Download the app and 2. Do not use third party payment methods as it could result the code not being applied. I followed all the instructions, this was my first purchase through the app and it would not honor the code. 

“This coupon is valid for mobile applications only” is what the app stated.

Also when I searched “Looney Tunes Dodgers” it only showed me 4 items when on their desktop website showed 13 items available.

Where is my 40% off plus 15 % for signing up I don’t understand and where is all my points I had 1500 points total year to date New era Hats and accessories. My name is Michael Beasley date of birth September 8, 1974. I’ve been buying hats from you guys since 1990 1990 buying fitted hats from you guys and all of a sudden my points disappear total and points. I should have over 60,000 points. But I don’t see not one point in my or on my account total points from year 2000. From the year 2001 when you guys started this online business, I should have 60,000 points. But it was 25,000 points on their three months ago now I see zero points.
Please put my 25,000 points back in my account. You guys are trying to dip me out of hats because I know I can get free hats with those points. Please put my 25,000 hat points back on there. I have spent over five to ten thousand dollars with you guys and hats and accessories And you take away my points is this Michael Beasley I’m not saying I’m your biggest customer but I’m probably your biggest individual customer. Me and my kids because every time I buy hats I buy for a time and I buy my son’s for and then my other son get four so I’m buying 12 hats almost every month and where is my points
