There is no scan option on my version of the app.  I’m logged in.

Every time I log in to my account on either website or app, it lets me select my store and then the button to enter/play is now gone. It worked perfectly fine before but I haven’t been able to enter anything because the button to enter codes doesn’t appear anymore. Very frustrating.

I spent money and hours and it didn’t seem worth it. The “TOKEN SWEEPSTAKES” was very unclear and I still don’t know how I would have redeemed any of these tokens. The rules aren’t clear and it all seemed like a waste. Shame

I put down at least over 50 chances to win one prize, I got a notification saying I won but as soon as I went back into the app it logged me out and I wasn’t able to get back in again. I tried to login again and again and it wouldn’t work

I prefer the old game; the in putting of information did not work for me. I’d get to the cashier and couldn’t pull up my entrees.

Stop getting rid of the virtual visa gift cards! They also made it harder to get grocery gift cards, and by the time I was getting close to a 25 dollar one, they were all taken, and I had nothing I actually wanted to spend my tokens on. AND the app is still a pain to use, plus there’s no actual prizes to be won this year, like a dream house or a million dollars.

Past year’s games were fun and relatively quick to play. Not this year, it takes forever with multiple steps to enter the codes. A big time waster and the prizes were not that great either.
