As far as the products go, I love many of them (rest east powder, night oil and bath gem to name a few) but i ABSOLUTELY CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT the R&R cream! It is a monthly lifesaver for my lower back and abdominal pain from menstrual cramps and it is a daily first aid considering that i am beyond clumsy and bruise myself regularly! Lol. However, one small dollop of this refreshing rub and the pain dissipates QUICKLY. The healing properties are amazing and I am so happy Prima has discovered, formulated and delivered them to us all in an ever expanding line up of offerings!
