I ordered a backpack and body butter and have not received these items. Website says backpack delivered but I have not received and have no   Course of action to recover. The Penrose body butter is no longer tracking. I believe I’ve been scammed and will be contacting my financial institution to report as such. I ordered these items for an upcoming trip and no have to improvise. Terrible !!!

The app itself is good for helping you find new items and they have lots to showcase, but deliveries is where it falls very short, even days after my delivery arrived it still stated it was awaiting details on the app and I had to mark it as delivered myself. I’m pretty sure every delivery I’ve had which is “tracked” on shop has never tracked and I’ve always had to manually mark it as delivered.
