Most of the time it’s worthless to me for that reason, and so I switch to something that actually works even though is prefer to shop here. You’re losing business by not having a functioning app! ### 2/5 — App does not highlight grocery aisles like Walmart *2025-12-11, version 6.4.6* As far as I can tell, United Grocery does not provide Aisle numbers when a user searches for an item ### 2/5 — Feedback on app *2025-11-19* The United Supermarket in my town, in my experience for the last 16 years, is exceptionally staffed and stocked most every time I shop there. The manager maintains a very clean store and friendly and courteous employees. There are only 3 stores in my town where you can shop for groceries, one of them being Walmart. I much prefer shopping at United for the reasons I’ve listed above, even though I may pay a little more at times, I still prefer United. My only criticism is about your new versions of the App. On a fixed income so I’m shopping as wisely as possible and up to about a month ago, no problems with the App. Lately and I shopped yesterday afternoon, I’m having to spend more time checking my list on the App as it doesn’t show all products I’ve checked while I’m in the store. So my issues with the App are, checking products and not showing up on the list, having to login frequently, deleting the App and redownload weekly, unchecking items on its own. What’s going on ### 1/5 — One of the most frustrating apps in existence *2025-09-21, version 6.4.5* Doesn’t launch reliably, constantly fails to load pages, can’t check out without issues….. just go o HEB. Their app works beautifully. ### 1/5 — Zero stars *2025-08-03, version 6.4.3* Your app is absolutely worthless! Not a single category will load, no matter how long I wait. You need to scrap it and start over. My 8 year old grandson could design a better functioning app! However if I call the pharmacist always says yes it’s saved already. I’ve been trying to go to a different profile on the pharmacy section and no matter what I do, it goes back to my profile. The app itself doesn’t want to work 9 times out of 10 so doing online orders is ridiculously tedious. With the technology that’s available now a days, one would think it would be less buggy. ### 1/5 — The Worst *2025-06-09, version 6.4.1* I’ve used four different grocer apps (Brookshires, Kroger, HEB, and United) and United is by far the worst of the four. I can be in the store shopping from my list on the app, and I wake my phone to find the next item, and the stupid app has logged me out and it won’t accept my login info. Very frustrating. In my experience the app is now much worse than it was before. It is now nearly impossible to use. I’m trying to clip my deals and nothing happens. I’ve tried closing the app and trying again multiple times. I’ve also tried being very patient. I believe whoever works on this app should be required to have to use it after pushing updates. Something is wrong. I love United and am grateful there is a store in our small town. It’s easy to maneuver through the various departments and the weekly ad is easy to search. United Supermarkets lacks this ease in every way. It’s so frustrating that I have stopped using the app for pickup orders. I would rather go somewhere else where the app actually works. Most inexpensive was 60.00 after discount because there wasn’t a prime rib anywhere close to the weight needed for that price. You shouldn’t put that figure in your advertising if you don’t have it cause not gonna buy a prime rib for two people that will feed 10. This one keeps logging me out so I have to log in every time I open it. It won’t load now… AGAIN. The IT developers need to be fired and banned forever from anything tech related since they clearly have zero clue what they are doing. This is the second time I’ve used the app. The first was in the store, where I downloaded it and used it on the same trip. I will say, I did not use the List option…so I can’t speak to that but I did clip coupons as I shopped. It all rang up correctly at the checkout. Also, the Rewards are awesome! Very hard to read on my iPad/iphone. Please go back to only one on a page. There are some nice new features, especially with your Rewards account, and the interface is more standard and similar to other grocery shopping apps. It’s super easy to login and navigate so now I can setup my weekly grocery trip from anywhere... couch, car, bed. Lol.
