私人上传的软件，应该是没有一个对应的正规实体公司。地推人员会邀请你参加抽奖，你抽到奖比如平板他会拉你去他们所谓的加盟店领取，然后要求你在下载此软件并在支付宝花呗那充8800或者6800进入并做36个月的分期。此软件就有8800的余额，然后就说这个余额你可以在这个软件上分15年消费，或者在他店里消费购买家电。他送的平板也就杂牌的可能也就值个几百块，平台上的东西也不知道质量怎么样？应该是没什么性价比的，他店里的家电应该也是贵过市场价的而且小平台随时可能跑路。然后你要求不要这个奖品了业务人员会说这个没办法取消就比如充话费一样充进去没办法取消了，真要取消要求你去到外市他们总部取消。其实这一步你直接报警就可以了！
