Need more energy

I just downloaded the game, I need more energy, and I tried clicking on energy to watch and get 10 energy. I can’t watch video at all. The video won’t work and I’m running out of energy. Please help. I would give a higher rating. Please help. When I went in to play . Everything was gone. I had a shelf filled with products and now they’re gone…everything disappeared. Please help.
