## What is Shopbots?

Shopbots gives you a private shopping agent for every brand you follow.

Add a brand by scanning its Shopbot code or by opening its Shopbot link. Then talk to that brand's own agent about anything it sells: fit, colour, an occasion, or what to wear with something you already own.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

- Chat with a brand's own shopping agent. Each brand keeps its own conversation.
- Ask to see a piece on you. Add one photo, and the agent shows you wearing the product.
- Put items aside in a cart for each brand, and check out with that brand.
- Keep every brand you follow in one hub.

YOUR PHOTO

Photos and PDFs you attach are used to answer your chat questions. Photos you save for virtual try-on can also be reused in chat. Sending a chat attachment does not change your selected try-on photo.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.5.3 — 2026-10-13

• Merchants see shopper sizes and every size recommendation in the customer profile; chat and the measurements form save to one sizing store
• The Shopbots stylist searches the phone photo library like Gmail, from an index on the existing photo table, with the server choosing uploads
• Shopbots shows one live status per chat, and connector cards ask only while the connection still needs it
• Account deletion completes instead of timing out, and a failed delete reaches the shopper
• Shopbots My Closet titles each piece by a short name, not its long description
• Shopbots bot replies show list items as bullets, not a raw '- '
• Shopbots shows the store name, not the myshopify address, and a long name no longer hides the chat options
• Shopbots sheets keep their actions on screen at the largest iOS text size

### 1.5.2 — 2026-10-09

• Submit the newest Shopbots TestFlight build for App Store review every 2 days
• Shopbots onboarding asks for photos and one Google connect on one slim screen
• Shopbots shows your own bot as active while it works for you
• The Shopbots app knows the signed-in shopper and shows what it knows
• Shopbots lands new shoppers in their own bot and lets them pick shops
• Shopbots app small fixes (sign-in keyboard, chat drafts, connector error, header edge, web confirms)
• The Shopbots chat shows the agent's thoughts and tool steps while it works

### 1.5.1 — 2026-10-09

Connecting a store is easier. When you come from a store and you are already signed in, the app adds that store and its chat to your account. Bug fixes and improvements.

### 1.5.0 — 2026-10-08

• My Closet: build it from your Gmail orders and the photos you choose
• Remove a piece from My Closet
• Start a chat straight from your closet
• Smoother pinch, drag and double-tap zoom in the image viewer
• Bug fixes and performance improvements

### 1.4.0 — 2026-10-05

• Build your closet from Gmail: your Shopbot finds past purchases and adds them to My Closet.
• Search your own photos privately to find items.
• A new first-use guide for connectors and your closet.
• Easier, smoother sign-in when you connect from a brand.
