So requested for Return & Refund. The order was picked but however the refund amount is in my cluesbucks wallet! There’s some technical error they say that they can’t transfer my money to my bank account and I can’t reach anyone. Everything is automated from chat to calls. This is really so unethical way of doing business! ### 1/5 — Worst app *2021-08-02, version 3.2.0* I have ordered shoes and the quality was worst. They added money in the Shopclues account without asking. The money is not getting transferred in my bank account. Their customer support is even worst. They are giving the steps which we don’t have option in the app. Don’t use this app, it’s a fraud app. ### 1/5 — Shopclueless *2021-06-29, version 3.1.27* Yes, once you order you will be clueless, no customer care no to call, no support at all, if you get damaged product it’s your luck, the app is the worst feature you can’t even raise a ticket through it, any feedback if at all you send remain unanswered. So I returned it. They said that they won’t refund my money to my bank account instead they will give it as ‘cluesbucks’. The items were in such a poor quality!! Don’t ever use prepaid delivery. You will never get the product. And if you use Cash on Delivery and by chance you want to return your product , you will never get your money back. They don’t even have a proper customer service department. No way to reach them except mails. Which are replied too late. ITS A SCAM. ### 1/5 — Fraudster company. *2020-09-06, version 3.1.16* They’ll send a fake product and they’ll say that they’ve sent the standard product. You’ll be at loss. Do not buy from Shopclues. Fake products fake company. They dint send the drlilling machine that Ive orderd but sent drilling bits only. When contacted the support staff was reckless. I can make it put that it is a daily routine for them. I understood that it was intentional. Still filed a ticket they as usual took 4 days and said that they sent the correct product. Cheaters they are. Beware of Shopclues. ### 1/5 — Allow selling duplicate and fake products *2020-09-02, version 3.1.16* Dear Sir, I ordered Brand S Level U, when I recieved it’s in the same box was same of the Brand S. After opening I analysed and that it’s a fake product. But I don’t have immediate choice I have used that time within a short span of time of approx 3 months , it’s stop working. I complaint shopclues they revered that seller have given warranty of 1 year. It’s a worst experience. Than after I order brand S Level U from another online web portal. Finally I got the original one and there is no match between the products. How can shopclues allow to sell fake products on their portal is surprising. I have seen many such cases. Beware of shopclues ### 1/5 — Fake site , please don’t buy anything from them *2020-08-26, version 3.1.16* I had ordered ear bud of Realme and paid 1800 full amount. The courier guy was asking for COD and didn’t give me my product. I tried to contact customer care but they are making fool of their customer because in any way you will never get any number to talk to their representative regarding your product. They have given two numbers on site to make you fool. Please I request all of you not to buy anything from this site . Don’t buy anything from here and stay away ### 1/5 — Scam app *2020-06-19, version 3.1.13* I have ordered a product on 3rd of may and paid for that product, and on the app it shows delivery of that product on 22nd may, and if you call the customer support there is no body to answer the call and nobody to revert you on the email, and today it's 19 june, still didn't get the order. And there is no one to answer. Do not order from this app, it's a big scam app. If there would be negative rating i would have given -5. ### 1/5 — Worst experience *2020-06-13, version 3.1.13* Shopclues has no clue what happens on the orders placed. I placed 2 orders on 3rd June. One order which got delivered on time but it had massive quality issue, so I raised return request same day but shop clue rejected the request and ask to contact service centre. 2nd product was never delivered until 13th June and there was no information on app when will it be delivered. I guess, they hv zero customer care staff and thus very frustrating to just keep on waiting for their response! ### 2/5 — Foul play. *2020-06-11, version 3.1.13* This is not a good site to buy. No response once ordered and payment done. False site playing foul with customer. U can’t mail them and can’t call the customer support too. They show items not available else where as available and make money paid. Once paid we at least wait for 15 days n then we will cancel the order. Then they will take 10 more days for refund initiation. This the business what they do. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2026-04-30, version 4.1.0* I ordered a keypad phone, but it turned out to be defective and had multiple damages. It is not working properly. I applied for a return, but no courier partner has contacted me yet to pick up the product. I also tried reaching out to ShopClues customer support, but I haven’t received any solution from anywhere. The customer support number on ShopClues is not valid. Please fix my concerns as soon as possible. ### 1/5 — Third class platform with all cheaters. *2026-02-24, version 4.1.0* These guys are cheaters. Don’t use this platform.. All the items are of Chinese origin or duplicate products.. Moreover, they don’t deliver the orders and are cheating the hard earned money of customers.. They never respond on the support platform.. I have faced the same issue wherein I have not been delivered the product while the same was marked as delivered. Customer care support is non responsive.. I have raised complaint but I am still waiting for resolution. This is completely unacceptable! After raising a return request, there has been no quick response from customer care. Such careless service and lack of proper support is very frustrating. If order and you didn’t like the product and if wish to return forget about the money for a while like 2 to 3 moths. I had to rise complaint in national helpline to get my money back.
