## What is ShopConnect Field?

ShopConnect Field puts your shop's open jobs and invoices in your technician's pocket, and lets them take payment on the spot.

Built for auto repair shops, home-service businesses, and any team already running ShopConnect.

WHAT YOUR TECHNICIANS CAN DO
• See every open job and what's owed, synced from your shop management software
• Open any invoice for the full breakdown — line items, amounts, customer contact, payment status
• Collect payment three ways: key a card on your processor's secure page, email a payment link, or text a payment link
• Look up any customer by name, email or phone, with their balance and invoice history
• Stamp "on my way" and job start times from the field

COMMAND CENTER
A live view of what's open, what's owed, what was charged today, and the cards on file — without going back to the office.

WORKS WITH THE SOFTWARE YOU ALREADY RUN
Invoices and customers sync from Tekmetric, Housecall Pro, Jobber, GorillaDesk and other shop management platforms, so your team works from one list instead of two.

CARD NUMBERS NEVER TOUCH THIS APP
Card entry happens on your payment processor's own hosted page. The app never sees, stores, or transmits a card number.

REQUIRES A SHOPCONNECT ACCOUNT
ShopConnect Field is a companion to a ShopConnect merchant account and shows one specific business's records. It is not a consumer app and has no public content. Talk to us at shopconnectpro.com/contact.
