But they don’t take the item off so you go to order it again another day and they still don’t have it. Also the chat feature is useless, had an order that said it had been delivered for the past 15 minutes. Asked for an update on it and they just said it’s delivered? Shopezy are reliable and friendly. Just they give a driver cash for refund. I am not happy as I paid by card and would have call regarding missing an item and arrange any refund into my account. On top they do not follow government guide. I contacted to complain again and was told they forgot to tell the driver i had cancelled. I understand that they might be busy but they should really update their app to show 3-4 hours delivery not the 1-2 the advertise. The delivery cost is never refunded even though they deliver more than double the advertised time scale. As I’m writing this, I’m getting more frustrated!!!
