Provides fulfillment services for retailers to pick and fulfill orders placed through retailer's ShopHero online storefront. Built from the ground up with a modern, intuitive interface — our new fulfillment app makes it faster than ever to scan items, handle substitutions, capture receipts, and fulfill deliveries — all from a single streamlined app. ## Version history (last 5 releases) ### 4.1.6 — 2026-08-12 Checkout • Rebuilt checkout screen. Totals now come straight from the back office, so what you see matches what the system will charge. • Convenience and delivery fees can be adjusted at checkout. • Clearer breakdown of line items, fees and discounts, with totals that update as you type. Special Requests • Special requests are now confirmed twice — once when you open the order, and again before you move to checkout. • The full request stays available any time under Special Request & Contact. Picking • Jump straight back to your order list from any order screen. ### 4.1.5 — 2026-07-01 Some quality of life changes here. • Order filters — quickly switch between Today, Tomorrow, Last 30 Days, All Future, and All Open orders. • Edit checked-out orders — items on an order that's already been checked out can be adjusted again, with a clear banner showing the order's status. • Improved in-cart actions — picked items now have a Return to Shelf button plus an Additional Actions menu (Hold for Review, Substitute, Out of Stock, Cancel, Manual Price). ### 4.1.4 — 2026-06-16 Fixed authoritative mode showing incorrect fields during checkout ### 4.1.3 — 2026-06-16 Tons of quality of life and polish changes here. Picking • Large full screen confirmation appears for the picker to confirm the item is correct. (Helps avoid accidental picks) • Substituting an item walks you straight through pricing or weighing the replacement. • After checkout, picked items are locked to prevent accidental changes — you can still add missed items. • The special-request panel is cleaner, collapses by default, and remembers once you've acknowledged it. • Weight and price entry now uses a proper numeric keypad, shows the customer's requested weight, and handles empty entries more gracefully. Checkout • Enter coupons or other discounts and watch the total update instantly. • Taxes now display your store's actual tax names instead of generic labels. • Edit totals after checkout to make quick corrections. • Receipt photos won't upload twice if you resubmit. • Manual Price is available on authoritative orders, and on any item priced at $0 so you can fix missing pricing on the spot. Quality of life and polish • Distinct sounds for scanning, adding items, scan errors, completing checkout, and closing an order. • A celebratory confetti animation when you complete a checkout or close an order. Delivery • Tap a customer's phone number to call or text. • Live location updates while en route. • Customer name and order number now appear consistently across the Checkout, Signature, and Delivery screens. Bug Fixes • Faster, more accurate order status right after checkout. • No more flashing the previous order while a new one loads. • More reliable push notifications. • Fixed customer signature upload. ### 4.1.1 — 2026-05-14 A lot of new changes in this version! Item Confirmation - Tapping Found now shows a full-screen confirmation with the item's photo before adding it to cart. Sorting - Items on the picking list can now be sorted by aisle order or A–Z, tap the sort icon in the top right to cycle through modes Authoritative mode - Weighted and $0.00 items now prompt for weight and price per lb when marked Found. Picking Page - Special Request banner is collapsed by default - Added customer details to the special request banner.
