## What is ShopHex?

ShopHex — Buy. Sell. Discover.

ShopHex is a modern marketplace built to help you discover products, connect with sellers, and sell what you no longer need — all from one account.

Whether you are looking for a phone, vehicle, electronics, fashion, furniture, property, beauty products, services, or everyday items, ShopHex makes it easier to find relevant listings from sellers around you and across Uganda.

DISCOVER DEALS NEAR YOU

Explore marketplace listings based on your location and discover products available around you. ShopHex uses location to improve nearby recommendations while keeping seller location information appropriately limited.

BUY WITH MORE CONFIDENCE

View detailed listings with photos, videos, prices, item condition, seller information, and location details before contacting a seller.

Seller verification and reporting features help create a safer and more transparent marketplace.

CHAT DIRECTLY WITH SELLERS

Interested in an item? Start a conversation directly from the listing.

You can ask questions, discuss availability, make offers, share information, and keep your marketplace conversations organised in one place.

SELL FROM THE SAME ACCOUNT

No separate seller account is required.

Create a listing, add photos and videos, choose a category, provide your price and item details, and publish your product for interested buyers to discover.

KEEP TRACK OF WHAT MATTERS

ShopHex helps you manage your marketplace activity with features including:

* Saved listings and favourites
* Saved searches
* Direct buyer and seller messaging
* Offers and negotiations
* Tracked orders
* Seller profiles and Seller IDs
* Ratings and reviews
* Listing sharing
* Notifications
* Reporting and safety tools
* Seller verification where available

BUILD YOUR SELLER PRESENCE

Create your ShopHex seller profile and grow your reputation as you list more products and interact with buyers.

Eligible sellers may also access promotional tools and packages designed to increase the visibility of their listings.

ONE MARKETPLACE. MANY CATEGORIES.

ShopHex brings different types of products into one marketplace, making it easier to browse, compare and discover what you need without switching between multiple platforms.

From everyday bargains to bigger purchases, ShopHex helps bring buyers and sellers closer together.

BUILT FOR UGANDA

ShopHex is designed with the Ugandan marketplace in mind, with prices displayed in Uganda Shillings (UGX), local discovery features, seller tools and a marketplace experience designed for both individuals and businesses.

Download ShopHex and start discovering what is available around you.
