I get a message saying I am being directed “outside Evine app, continue yes or no”. Why? Makes me nervous. I even un-installed app on my iPad and re-installed. Yes I am using “Shop HQ for iPad. I would like a response please. ### 2/5 — User Friendly? NO *2024-09-26, version 4.3.4* I found your APP for I-Pad very annoying ..for lack of a better word!! While in the APP, a pop up would continuously prompt me to leave Evine!!! This went on through my shopping selection. Every time I want to watch shop hq live on my iPad it glitches and the video rewinds itself and fast forwards itself, so how can I watch and shop? Also, when I click on a link for a video on clothes, jewelry, etc the video says it cannot play! What? That’s the whole reasoning for online/tv shopping so you can WATCH the video and see how it looks on the models and the commentary and descriptions from the hosts. I love shop ha and I have been shopping ever since it was called Evine but this is annoying. I clicked on the chat and the virtual assistant stated that the technicians know there’s a problem with the videos but when is it going to get fixed?
