## What is ShopiyCart POS?

ShopiyCart POS turns your phone or tablet into a point of sale for your shop. It shares one catalogue and one stock count with your ShopiyCart online store, so every sale at the counter updates your stock everywhere.

SELL
• Find products fast: scan barcodes with the camera or search by name
• Tiles for your best sellers, custom sales and quick discounts
• Add a customer, a note or the staff member who helped
• Park a sale and come back to it later
• On a tablet, the cart stays docked beside your products

TAKE PAYMENT
• Cash, card, gift cards or a QR payment link the customer scans with their phone
• Split one sale across several payment methods
• Optional tips with your own preset percentages
• Card terminals: send the amount to a connected terminal, or confirm a payment taken on a separate one
• Share the receipt, send it by WhatsApp or email, or print it

RETURNS AND GIFT CARDS
• Returns and exchanges against the original sale, with restocking
• Refund in cash, to the card, to a gift card or as exchange credit
• Sell gift cards and check their balance

KEEP SELLING OFFLINE
• When the connection drops, keep taking cash and card sales; they sync once you are back online

SHIFTS AND STAFF
• Open and close the register with a clear shift summary: sales, refunds, tips, payments by method and the cash you should have
• Cash in and cash out during a shift
• Staff PINs: lock the register and switch cashiers in seconds
• Several registers and locations

CUSTOMER DISPLAY
• Pair a second phone or tablet as a screen facing the customer: they follow the cart, choose a tip and scan the payment QR

MADE FOR KUWAIT AND THE GULF
• Arabic and English, with right to left layouts and receipts in both
• KWD with three decimal places
• Dark mode by default, light mode when you want it
