Then getting gift cards to give as gifts or use myself on gifts. I’m not retiring early, and I’m not paying down huge debt. I’m just using the app at every sensible opportunity and consistently. I open the app every day to get kicks for the surprises and videos. So when I need a few bucks for gas, I can cash out. Or when my son needs emergency salsa for tomorrow’s lunch, and I don’t get paid until next week. The fact that your gift cards generally take less than 10 minutes to arrive is super convenient. If I have a question its always answered by customer service within a reasonable amount of time. I get exercise getting scans, and I only buy products that I really need to get extra kicks. I’ve tried it several times since the update at various stores and it’s still not working! It’s been about 3 weeks! My advice, find a different app! Shopkick used to be great. I enjoyed getting the rewards for walking into stores. However, a few weeks ago, it stopped working. I’ve done everything to fix the issue including contacting support. No one has responded to my issue and it definitely hasn’t been fixed. They sent me a canned response. First saying it was a tech issue and was resolved. This was a false statement. Shopkicks must be running low on money and are handling it quite poorly. User beware, this will happen to you too! Apple has been notified about this situation and are looking into it. Other have had this same issue but I thought it would not happen to me. Now my Sister is encountering the same issue. It is just wrong! Let’s see if Shopkicks has the decency to correct this situation. Company does not respond to requests for redemption and accuses the user of cheating for scanning products and flags the account for closure.
