A few months ago I was no longer able to share. ShopperLite has been unhelpful in resolving the situation even thought I’ve contacted them 4 or 4 times. ### 2/5 — Einkaufsliste gelöscht *2024-04-01* Diese App war in den letzten Jahren mein ständiger Begleiter beim einkaufen. I had it as a paid subscription so I didn’t have the ads. I’m not sure what happened with the programmers and support people as I renewed my subscription last month, but have yet to be able to get in and use that subscription. I have sent emails to support and received nothing in return. I can’t log in nor can I reset my password I would highly suggest don’t pay for the subscription and waste your money. ### 4/5 — ShopperLite gold *2023-05-19* 19 May 2023 NEW REVIEW I have been using this app for some time now and I really love it. recently however I needed to renew my gold membership to continue using all of the features and I have no problem with this. at $8.99 for a year I thought it worth it. the app continuously fails to connect, and wont recognize my login credentials. after several attempts to contact customer support and receiving no response I feel I have no choice but to look for a new app. I am hoping that this review might garner some attention from customer support. I have upgraded to the gold membership and I like many features of the app. However it is not easy to understand how to add thing’s like additional stores or lists. ### 2/5 — Awesome Shopping App but I can't log in any more! *2023-05-05* This app is the best shopping list app and I'd love to continue using it. However, for some reason I can not log in anymore. The first email to (usually very helpful) support was answered by saying that they would forward my problem to their dev team but thereafter nothing happened and subsequent emails have not been answered. What pisses me off when i open shopper on my iphone again it copies half the list back. Very annoying. Not worse a $12 a yr subscription. Now i have to do half my list over again. Снёс. **Developer response:** Hi, Shopper User. We are constantly working on adding new languages to Shopper. Some of the future versions may include improved translation to Russian language. We want to keep our current translations updated and correct and add new languages to Shopper, but we have trouble getting that done regularly with our limited resources. In addition, we don't have native Russian speakers on our team, so our translations can be less then precise. Automated translation is still the best we can do, unless we can find users that are willing to help us. If you have the time, we may be able to send you a list of items that need translation to Russian language, let us know at support@myshopperapp.com. ### 1/5 — Rip Off *2018-10-24* This app takes your money from your apple account and DOES NOT give you the gold membership. I can only use my iPad in Landscape... so this app is useless without Landscape support...8( **Developer response:** Hello, Shopper User. Thanks for the feedback. We have already had requests to include landscape mode to the list of features supported by Shopper on iPad, and I have forwarded your message to the program team and added your requests on our To Do list, we'll see what we can do about this. However, it isn't a small effort, so we are exploring how best to do it. We'll appreciate if you have any additional suggestions. Advanced and new additional features will most likely be available to Gold members exclusively, since we really do need subscription supporters, not just so we can improve Shopper and add advanced features, but so that we can continue its operation. It spontaneously deleted all of my lists about 6 months ago. I contacted customer support and got no response. I set up an abbreviated set of lists to replace what was lost and this week all of my lists have disappeared again and are unrecoverable. I can not log in to the website, it lists an error message. A once very pleased user now I’m deleting the app and will be using something else. ### 1/5 — Bait and switch! *2024-09-24* They show this app as free but then they randomly delete your lists and tell you they’ll only restore them if you upgrade to Gold level -for a fee! That is extortion if not outright fraud! I’ve used this app for years without any problems and now my lists have been deleted twice! Outrageous! ### 1/5 — Data Deleted Without Warning *2024-06-17* The same as others have reported…I have used this app for groceries for probably 10 years. I used it as recently as a few days ago. But when I just opened it, all of my lists and other data have just completely disappeared without any warning. Reading others’ reviews, it’s disappointing to see that this isn’t just a glitch but an intentional move from the developers. ### 1/5 — Lost Data *2024-04-20* All of a sudden when I went to use the app, ALL my data and all my lists are GONE. I contacted them because I thought I had caused the crash. They informed me that they were holding my lists HOSTAGE AND COULD GET THEM BACK IF I PAID FOR THE GOLD PLAN. I never received notification this would be done (I check all my emails and junk mail files)even though they claimed they did. So now after many years, I have to find a new app! Loved it so much to able to put in prices, specific information like brands of products, and even your own notes, & stores multiple lists. All the features were great. As of yesterday, my account has mysteriously been deleted, and now all of the features that were available in the free app you now have to subscribe and pay for. The app no longer works to sign using Facebook, it errors. The app no longer works to try to recover your password, it errors. It’s working for me... *2020-03-04* I’ve seen a few revisions and upgrades cus I’ve been using it for a long time. I have everything on my grocery list recorded in this app now and only have to add an occasional new item. Better than 50% chance I just have to scan it... it’s made grocery shopping easier & more efficient for me. ### 5/5 — Excellent shopping app to share with family *2020-01-22, version 10.8.717* This is a very user friendly app for shopping. Every family member can just share and updates to the same list. The ability to scan bar code and take a picture of the product is great. I have been using this app for a few years with my wife after trying out a few others. Can’t do without it now. Weiter so ### 5/5 — Great app for everyday use *2018-04-09, version 10.6.705* This is one of the apps I have been using for years almost on a daily basis. It has tons of features (syncs for multiple users and devices, templates, custom isle settings etc. etc.) but is still very easy to use. I like the option to have multiple lists so I can have a list for the country I live in and one for my home country (or any other location or shop). Also, if you want an item that is not already in the very extensive existing list, you can just add your custom item and put it in the category it belongs in. It will become part of the existing list forever. Like most people I carry my phone with me all the time so whenever I think of something I need to buy, I just open the app and put it on the list. In the shop I just check the items I have bought and see what I still need to buy. The support team is great. They really take their time to help you with any problems you might have and give you all the information you need. They also listen to your suggestions. Once they made a change I was not happy with so I wrote them explaining why I did not like it and they changed it! I just upgraded to Gold membership (less than 1 € or $ per month). Not because I need the additional features but because I use and enjoy the app so much and would really like them to stay in business.
