I have to contact a person to do this at Shoppers. Not quick with all the menus and having to wait (as they are busy). Great people!!! Password, new password required, you have time out, do you agree to share info about yourself, do you want to sign in via this process or that one, then rinse and repeat. In 20 years of using apps I have never seen anything so stupid. I am back in but have no clue how. And I don’t like agreeing to share info about myself and my family. This location is by far the strongest especially the pharmacy portion. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful. And it’s not just one person behind the desk at the pharmacy. It’s multiple people who are exceptional.
