Subject: Urgent: Return Picked Up But Refund Not Processed Dear [Customer Service / Specific Contact Name], I hope this message finds you well. We are writing to follow up on a product return for which the item was picked up two months ago, but the status has not been updated in your system, and the refund has yet to be initiated. Despite repeated calls to your customer care team, we are not getting a resolution. Each time we contact support, a different agent responds and asks the same set of questions without offering any clear updates or next steps. This has caused unnecessary delays and frustration. We request your urgent assistance in: 1.Confirming that the returned product was received at your end. 2.Updating the return status in your system. 3.Initiating the pending refund immediately. I am facing a critical issue with my account, which is preventing me from logging in. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get any meaningful support from your customer care team, as they lack the professionalism to effectively handle my case.

For the past month, I have been submitting daily complaints regarding this issue, each time receiving a new case number. However, the cases are closed the very next day with an email stating that the issue has been resolved, despite the problem remaining unresolved. It seems that there is a policy to close cases regardless of whether the issue has been properly addressed.

As a paid member, I have already lost over Rs. 5000 due to this ongoing problem. If your company does not intend to support its premium customers properly, I believe it would be more appropriate to remove the app altogether.

Pathetic experience! I have been chasing Shopperstop customer care team and struggling a lot. Firstly wrong product was deliver to me and then product pickup was delayed finally when product was picked up amount is not yet refunded to me. This has been going on since 27th Jan it more than a month now. The experience has been worse for me. I have time and time again called, emailed and every time new timeline was given to me. I shared all pictures of product, wrong product, and details requested and still QC was failed which should not have happen on first place. Today also i called and again new timeline was given to me. So much of energy i had to invest to get my money back and there are no updates from your end also.

I have see a worser app in my life. Never recommend downloading and buying through it. If you can go in person and buy from the store. The customer care is utter useless and waste.
In my case they delivered wrong items multiple times, they couldnt track a part of the undelivered order (but in the app its marked as delivered but I did not receive it). Contacting customer case multiple times, sending mails were utter waste of time. All they said was they successfully dispatched from their end. Isnt it their responsibility to ensure the proper delivery? Its been 45days since I placed the order and the case is not addressed from their side.  Its a scam to swindle customers money.

My advice : if you get everything right on the first go you are lucky. Else you will see the worst side of their customer service.

I had a bad experience in trying to get size exchanged 2 apparels. 1. It took time to understand how to raise a Return/exchange req, sonce both were clubbed and the option to do so is hidden in the ordered item and can only be seen if one notices 3 dots
1. The app needs to be more user friendly to raise a return req or an exchange req, currently both are clubbed and a req for an exchange was entered as a return with refund
2. The time and followup it took to get a status is 3-4 weeks with the service desk and the email mgmt team. There is no handoff, notes- so everytime i called or emailed i had to reiterate the problem. 
3. The team who handles emails is in a hurry to close the req with a statement- your issue is addressed and the tkt wil be closed, where in-fact the issue was not addressed or resolved
4. Shoppers Stop is a wellknown shopping stop for a lot of customer base. Making the software more user friendly will increase your customer review rating.

Those who purchase gift card shopper stop make sure to trouble them by giving so many issue, in my opinion SS wallet and app should be stopped and SS should serve customer directly in their store

Shopper stop as my personal experience not good for online shopping, and I am writing it after few such experiences. 

1. The returns are impossible, I bought a kids dress which was very tight fit and I was not able to exchange or return it. 
2. In another case I received a damaged kids dress which I was not able to return. 
3. Also, the orders get frequently canceled due to out of stock. 
4. The customer care is of not much help.

I don’t give less than 2 stars but this app deserves 1 star.
