Seek help from your Money Market Shoprite Store here in East London couldn’t be assisted the staff aren’t trained even their supervisor isn’t well informed about all the procedures of the app and. I don’t know how much I spent to call and send emails to your agents with the same response it’s insane expensive meanwhile my vourcher and money is locked in there unable to spend. Least I ask is for them to cancel or deactive my account into their system or reset the pin but they still failed to do so too. They even respond after ages and the second message would be the agent closing the chat after so much time waiting for them to respond. Your service is poor and incompetent for us. Do fix it and try to do better with the customer services and fulfilling the duties you promised too.
