It’s a OOPS it’s us 🙄 ### 1/5 — Need to have multiple emails *2023-01-02* This app would be so much better if we could add multiple emails. I have like 3 and they are each linked w/ other apps so i can’t get all my shipping details using just 1 email. ### 3/5 — Search function? *2022-10-26* Is there an ability to search for an item and have it populate options from different stores/manufacturers? Unusable ### 1/5 — Trash *2021-04-07, version 6.6.1* Search doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — Terrible experience *2020-11-18, version 6.6.1* Low res photos, awful GUI, terrible sorting options, bad layout. It’s like looking at overpriced barf. Can’t see myself ever using this, how can you even tell you want something when it’s max resolution is the size of a stamp and it’s got horribly bad jpg compression. Unreal what’s passable these days. ### 2/5 — New to app *2020-08-29, version 6.4.0* There is not place to curate beauty. They only gave me the most expensive luxury shops to select from for clothes. Where is Charlotte Tilbury, Pat Mc Graph, Armany or Tom Ford? ### 1/5 — I miss Spring *2020-07-23, version 6.4.0* This app curated nothing interesting. There’s no life in it. Very little style and even less access to the amazing, fun, fresh companies that Spring introduced me too. What happened? ### 1/5 — Spring? Not even close... *2020-07-12, version 6.4.0* I was thinking about old Spring and wondered if there are apps like it. Came across this, hailed as “the new Spring,” and I didn’t even get past the first part. I shop at none of the very limited list of stores it gave me to choose from. Oh well...? There MUST be something as perfect as Spring- will keep looking. Furthermore... I see that the last update was three weeks ago (June 2020). People have been making the same complaints literally as far back as reviews go (a few years). Clearly there’s no intention to listen and actually improve this, and that’s a shame! ### 1/5 — New update *2020-06-29, version 6.4.0* New update is terrible that now takes you to each company website instead of you making the purchase right there on the app. Plus for some reason the website can never find the product you are trying to purchase. ### 1/5 — Worthless unless you are a dedicated shopper for overpriced clothes *2020-05-02, version 6.2.0* This is not a Shoprunner app. You cannot sign into this Application and go to store x and shop for things that are eligible for Shoprunner shipping. Once you log in, you must build a “District” which wouldn’t be too bad if you could actually choose which stores you wanted from the whole universe of Shoprunner stores. You are forced to choose from a bunch of overpriced fashion retailers which I, a knuckle-dragging Walmart and Dillard’s shopper have never been in and never will enter. No way around this. I deleted it less than two minutes after installation. ### 1/5 — Clumsy design *2020-02-18, version 6.1.0* Never gets past “curating your feed” and Cole Haan isn’t offered. Waste of time. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — But why? *2025-01-27* Poorly designed app, feels slow/buggy and constantly crashing. Plus, full of garbage. Instant uninstall. ### 1/5 — Danger, app tracks you *2023-06-26* This app will force you to opt in to tracking during setup. No option to skip. I deleted it immediately. Stay away unless you like your data monitored. ### 1/5 — Awful *2023-04-16* It has been a week since my order has been “on it’s way”, but it hasn’t even shipped yet and they have still not even given an estimated arrival date. This is the worst service I’ve ever had. ### 1/5 — Scam! *2023-02-01* So I was essentially forced to use shoprunner for an order or pay an exorbitant shipping fee. So I signed up and downloaded the app. They now want the ability to track your web activity and email traffic. Then if you are dumb enough to agree to that, the tracking information they give you DOESN’T EXIST according to UPS! This app helps me keep track of alllll of it so I never forget to rerun something I don’t want. ShopRunner has saved me a lot in shipping charges and I always receive them with two day shipping!!!! The only time this doesn’t happen is if it takes the supplier longer to prepare the items for shipping, but once shipped, they are sent two day. I have been a member for several years and it’s my “go to” for fast and free shipping!!!! ### 5/5 — No problems here! *2018-08-15, version 4.3.0* I just got my second order from Soma using ShopRunner. I got free shipping and both times they arrived in 2 days. I ordered Monday morning and just received my second order today, Wednesday. I couldn’t be happier with it so far. Sorry everyone isn’t having the same experience though.
