They got rid of all their anchor hosts. Bring back Eric, Dawn, Lou, Jose. What good is the app if the content is boring? We want style insights, humor, sass, and great deals. For example videos don’t expand to full screen. What is happening?! ### 1/5 — Fake item *2024-07-16, version 2.29.9* I purchased a fake chanel bumbag from Shopshops it’s price as 2nd market price but I received a couldn’t say authentic bag it’s fake uniform bumbag, I revert to customer service, they say they only work on those item within 3 business days after delivery. I mentioned I was travelling in that times how can I check the item. They just ignored me. I m Super angry like cheating feeling, the vendor is Beijing I don’t want you became a next cheating target ALERT!!!!! ‼️ ### 3/5 — Sellers are deceiving and will not help with prob *2024-07-01* I have spent thousands of dollars on this app, while the app is great! Most of the sellers are not helpful and customer service takes forever to respond to you. I have gotten bags that don't have date codes and/or damaged, it makes me think that they swap the bag and send you a different one. Sellers are only nice to you when you are buying but as soon as you get the item, they ignore you. Shop with caution and ask for date codes and don't rely on entrupy either, as I have gotten entrupy that has wrong date codes yet somehow it was authenticated. 🤦🏽‍♀️ ### 2/5 — Choose your sellers, bad admin support *2024-05-19, version 2.29.8* Some shops are much better than others, you have to choose your sellers. One of the sellers sent me a bag that was damaged and when I asked Shop central admin for assistance no one replied for 5 months!! I’m still waiting for the refund!! ### 1/5 — scam app, purchase at your own risk *2024-05-02, version 2.29.7* Made a purchase for a pair of sandals on 14 April, but there was no status update on the item for a few days. Wrote to the customer service on 20 April to request for refund as the item was intended for an event and I would no longer require it given the delay. Customer service responded on 21 April and requested for 2-3 working days to look into it. However, no update was provided after 5 working days. Sent a chaser on 27 April and there was no response even up till today, 02 May. Item does not get fulfilled and customer service refuses to respond. Purchase at your own risk as some deals are unbelievably cheap. ### 4/5 — Great service, amazing hosts but way too much advertising *2024-04-01, version 2.29.4* This is an amazing concept and platform but they send me 10 unrequested notifications a day. They’re push marketing us one of the most annoying and aggressive I have ever seen. But I ordered Pink and was sent blue. I never pressed blue. I only wanted pink to match my handbag. He brings flair to the word shopping and extremely honest ! Lv the experience This site was good in the beginning and has turned to be a nightmare. It’s are not sent timely and arrive damaged and not as described. Shipping seems to go up every second and that is excluding taxes. Still have items that ordered a month ago and nothing. Customer service may I say more, super nightmare. Delay computer response. Then a guy named James answers with limited info. They choose accounts to questions fraud and demand if and credit card copies to be sent to them via email. Totally not acceptable. If you do not comply, restrict your account. **Developer response:** Yes, we love Neverabore!! Your feedback is super important to us. We'll continue to work hard to improve our product and provide even better shopping experiences. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2023-12-21* So I’ve placed an order for Christmas and long story short I never received my order and having a hard time getting a response from any costumer support. My order required a signature by fed ex that did not sign for but they claimed it was signed. I asked for proof of the delivery (that they do not have) .. I have a camera on my front door as proof as well that I’ve never received my packages or it was not left at my front door. If no one answered the door I’d assume fed ex would keep my package and try again or contact me to come get my package but instead they must’ve left my package in the lobby where it could have easily been stolen in my apartment complex and singed for me. One rep from customer service reached out to me and I explained all of this and he said he would reach back out to me due to all my evidence and lack of fed ex “proof of delivery” and now I am being ignored and no one is responding to me. I am very frustrated , I will never shop with this place again and I am still waiting on a refund. If you are reading this please do not shop with them. ### 1/5 — Sent me incorrect item *2023-12-04* This is the first time I ever bought something off their app - it was their black Friday special. I bought a Fuchsia Moschino scarf. I specifically bought it for the color and instead they sent me a black Moschino scarf with a Teddy bear on it. I looked at the receipt they included in the box to make sure I hadn’t made a mistake and selected the wrong color. The receipt said “Fuchsia” for the color I had selected. I also looked to see if they included a note that perhaps they had run out of the color I selected - but found no note in the box. They will not protect the buyer. They require very little proof from the seller that they sent the item and holds the buyer accountable for the sellers fraudulent behavior. Customer service is terrible and rude. Cannot contact anybody via phone. We will be going through legal avenues to ensure that this company and that seller are held accountable. They are not accredited by the Federal Better Business Bureau so that should tell you a lot about this company. Customer service is embarrassingly bad. Item never ships, yet you have to spend weeks emailing trying to get assistance on getting your money back. Shipping is so expensive. 30-40 dollar for an item to take 4 weeks to get to you? Unacceptable. Seems like management is delusional on what services the app provides, and it’s obvious that the app is okay with abusing high paying customers. Pass for me after years of shopping. Who ever is running the app- pay attention. Take note.
