Thats if youre able to stop looking at all of their amazing boutique finds. It was sent from Mexico which I even didn't realize until it arrived. Then I found out that the shoe size doesn't fit well and I tried to exchange. Shoptiques customer service helped me print out the DHL return shipping label without any delay. The best part is that the shipping to another countety is totally free! The user experience was extremely comprehensive and the process was nearly seamless. I ordered an amazing necklace from a Boutique in Paris and it was at my door in less than a week and the shipping was completely free! Absolutely unheard of! Except I can use the app on my couch in my PJ's- so maybe it's better? With free shipping & returns it makes it so easy to support local business from across the world. All were delivered in a timely manner with a note attached from each boutique. That was a really nice touch. I love the "one of a kind" feel of each item. And some really unique pieces that no one in your area will carry. I find myself on the app all the time. It's like tinder for clothes and there is always some amazing piece that I like. I've made a purchase on the app and it was seamless. I like that I don't have to add things to my bag immediately. It goes into my love box and when a sale on the item happens it will alert me. Not many other sites will do this. Beyond the app, Shoptiques has amazing clothing and service. This shop has very cute stuff and I loved shopping with them until I got caught in a shipping charge! Emails sent to me and app advertises free shipping on orders over $100! That is not completely true! I was charged shipping! They will not refund!!! ### 1/5 — No, just no *2017-09-29, version 1.7.8* I don't know if the people who gave this five-stars was paid, if they live in magical land, or if it's Opposite Day. This app gave me extreme difficulties and slowed down my BRAND NEW phone. I'm a shopaholic and would much rather drive 45 minutes to and from the mall near me and pay for gas, over using this god forsaken app. If the company is hiring, my two-year old nephew can definitely do a better job. ### 2/5 — Nice selection poor app *2017-08-13, version 1.7.8* I can't login. They won't let you even exchange and they refund your gift card first (even if you have other items in your order), but not until they receive your return so you either can't use your refund or have to wait and risk it being gone. I really do love this app and the idea of it and there is a lot of cute stuff, but just since downloading it last night, it’s crashed 3 times. 😭 so hopefully that is something that can be fixed. ### 3/5 — NAG, NAG, NAG! *2017-06-06, version 1.7.6* I have a lot of apps and DO NOT want notifications from many of them. Bad weather coming? Sure, send that notification. someone's offering a new top I might want to buy? No, I do NOT want to hear about it... Buuuut, as soon as you decline notifications by Shoptiques, the Shoptiques app will repeatedly ask you if you want to enable notifications & be "the first to know". It's nagware and it's really irritating. ### 4/5 — Really great concept, needs UI work *2017-01-31, version 1.7.4* I love the clean modern design language of this app. It's great being able to shop and support local boutiques while also utilizing the convience of the web. Having different categories like clothing, accessories, and home products all within one app (sourced from boutiques) is very cool. However, I think the UI/app concept could use a big overhaul. The general design language and fonts are great, but a few issues remain. The low res background video during the setup takes away from the clean and crisp process. The interface for selecting sizes is awesome, but from the main screen there's no way to swipe left or right to get to either the navigation menu or bag.
