Having first set up over 2 years ago I found it incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Much better than anything else I have tried previously, the last app would not work without an Internet connection, this is fine even if it drops all day. This worked with all my old iPad POS hardware from the previous system. Great help from them setting up too, spoke on phone for ages while deciding what POS I wanted with no hard sales pressure - They even came to my store and trained my team without charging when I made a mistake setting up the night before opening. A plus point is the fact you could use it without any cost initially so you can test the usability. The worst part, and the reason it gets one star is there is no support what so ever. I had a couple of issues that needed some help. I have given up on contacting them as they haven't replied to any of them. They seem to be happy to accept your monthly fee and commission on top of that and do nothing for it.
