Thanks. ### 2/5 — Major bug right now *2026-07-18, version 4.22.0* Usually a decent app. But right now it’s got a free-delivery-first-three orders offer that is really screwing things up, at least on my SE 2020. The offer stays there continuously and blocks the button to show more search results. If I tap the X to close the offer, it takes me to a delivery list to build. If I close that, then the offer is immediately back again blocking the ability to show more search results. Please fix this bug! UPDATE: Removing and reinstalling the app fixed the problem, but ONLY for a few days. Now location is gone. The shopping lists are not as user friendly. I’ve been trying to organize recipes in the “Saved Lists” feature, but when I choose “Add To Cart”, it adds everything from all my lists to the cart at the same time. If I could add the correct items and quantities that I have saved in my lists, it would be a real game changer. ### 1/5 — Removed aisles *2025-12-08, version 3.94.3* Why would you remove the feature that shows you exactly where every single item in your cart is? Also doesn’t allow you to move the cart items to the list (only list to cart) so if you’re in the wrong view and build a cart(or change your mind), you have to start start over to get the list functionality because you also can’t use the cart as a checklist. Unless you delete as you go but then you can’t reuse it. ### 1/5 — Constant digital coupon problems! *2025-11-13, version 3.90.1* The digital coupons have not been working and I have to find someone who can put it through as a vendor coupon. They said other people are having problems but I don’t see anything be done about it. ### 1/5 — Shopping List Glitch *2025-11-06, version 3.90.1* Great for organizing my go to groceries but the actual shopping list seems glitched ### 2/5 — UI Improved to Detriment of Usability *2025-10-28, version 3.90.1* I was really happy when Woodmans decided to improve their app. Unfortunately while it looks much better, the search function no longer works as efficiently as it used to and now doesn’t show the items searched for. Furthermore, the in store shopping mode doesn’t logically order the aisles which forces you to jump around in the app while shopping in store. Finally, for some reason you have to press two buttons to pull up your shopping ID which makes no sense. Overall, this app needs to be more functional. Used to be able to create a list or a cart and the items displayed would also list where they were located in store. Used to be able to share these things with other users. Now it’s just share a cart with family and I don’t want a third party person (and cannot afford!!!) to pick my groceries when I want and need my spouse to do so. I have many food allergies, I can’t depend on third party people to carefully select things that won’t kill me. As an aside, my spouse is completely unable to log into his account. It both claims the account doesn’t exist and that the email is in use. He’s used multiple browsers and computers and even multiple accounts and all of the above allow a creation but then a refusal to log in. Lastly, the overlay of the free delivery offer does not go away no matter what you do. When you try to remove it it acts as if you’re blindly hitting buttons beneath it. Beyond infuriating. Whomever is managing your website and your app has deeply deeply messed up. This is so broken. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. You are still able to create a list and add items to your cart. Most items have the location listed, is there something in particular you are having troubles locating? You can share items that you like with friends. You are also able to create a family account with up to three people, it does not have to be three people; the only people on this account will be people you invite there will be no third-party person listed on this account. Please send your husbands email and/or phone number to contactus@woodmans-food.com so that we can look into this for him. The free delivery banner should not be showing up any longer. But now store mode is gone! I can’t see what aisles items are in or if my local store has an item in stock. It will say they are available and then be out of stock. Perfect on my iPhone while shopping and can’t find something. The search function takes me right to it. The only improvement I would suggest is in the iPad version, and that is to support split-screen functionality that most iPadOS apps support. That way I can have the Woodman’s app on one half of the screen while I have my Reminders shopping list on the other half. Thanks for restoring the functionality to the app! 👍🏼 ### 5/5 — Nice update. *2024-06-23, version 3.20.0* Nice UI update ### 5/5 — Switch to In-Store mode for item locations! *2024-03-19* UPDATE: Still leaving my previous review because I didn’t see it (though, in my defense, I did say “unless I am missing something” in my original review), but after seeing a developer response to someone else’s comment, it seems the item location functionality IS still there. At the top of the app, select “In-Store” (located next to the Delivery and Pickup options, directly under the search bar). Having item locations makes this app much, much better and more usable. The shopping list also seems to be in the upper right corner now. ——— OLD REVIEW The new update looks beautiful, but the entire purpose of the app was lost for me, unless I am missing something. Woodman’s is so big, I would use the shopping list function to both keep track of what I needed and to hunt it down in the aisles. The item locations/aisle numbers within the old app were a godsend, especially for someone like me with social anxiety who likes to get in and out. I could focus on where I needed to be and how to get there and it was the only way shopping was made tolerable. Am I just missing it? And if so, can I be pointed on the right direction? If not, I’ll unfortunately need to resort to shopping at Jewel for all my groceries again because their app still has item locations/aisle numbers and a shopping list function. I really hate leaving this review because the app looks so much better and I love Woodman’s, but I can’t shop like this. One day, I’ll hopefully make enough progress to not need these crutches, but right now they’re very much needed and it’s disheartening to see this functionality removed. **Developer response:** Thanks for taking the time to review, Elliot!
