Can’t begin to explain how terrible it is. Completely unreliable, logs me out the night before my shift, then tells me my email is invalid and won’t let me reset my password, then I have email and nothing has happened! Would not recommend for any jobs , shouldn’t be allowed to run. ### 1/5 — Difficult to operate *2025-04-11, version 1.1.11* It so difficult to use as the font size so small even with my glasses on struggle to read. Find it extremely unclear as to when shift are and also who in with me or even just to gather any information I may need. A reinstall and sign-in and out rarely helps as does a device restart. I have contacted tech support who to be fair have been very efficient at trying to address the issue. Also, rest assured that if you experience the same issue then you should still be paid as expected once you confirm the issue is relayed to your employers HR department. ### 3/5 — Can’t load *2024-10-07, version 1.1.10* Just up upgraded when it ask led me too and don’t work, keeps saying I need internet connection which I have, I use this for my work rota so not really helpful updating now don’t work.
