I don’t understand how this happened because I carefully checked the size before placing the order. Their response was simply that they shipped a size 10.5 and that the order was finalized with no returns allowed. This is the first and last time I buy anything from this store. Where did they got the address to shipped it to California? I’m from Arizona and asked them to shipped to Nevada. They are scammers.
