Kundendaten laden nicht. Leider sehr teures Tool. Der Service ist zwar bemüht aber die App und insbesondere der Kalender haben ihre Tücken. Die meisten Funktionen gehen auch nur über den Desktop.

Keine individuelle Anpassbarkeit der Mails an verschiedene Terminarten.
Support schnell, hilfreich und zuverlässig.
Habe jetzt gekündigt und ein Angebot erhalten, das genau dem entspricht, was gerade für jedermann verfügbar ist.

Ansich ist der Kalender super. Allerdings nach so vielen Updates immer noch sehr sehr viele Probleme. Manchmal lassen sich Blockierungen oder Termine weder speichern noch löschen. Derzeit haben auch die Kunden Probleme, wenn sie ihren Termin stornieren wollen. Zudem hängt sich das Programm oft auf und man muss alles komplett schließen und neu starten.

I think they’ve downsized the company and moved to Germany. They have only two people working customer service (as far as I know). It takes them longer to solve, fix or answer questions because there are only two people.  Plus they do not offer no show protection, where it will hold credit card info. Most clients do not want to prepay for a service.

Usuaslly the app can run fine with maybe the odd occasion where it goes down but doesn’t take long to get back and running. This time it’s been unable to load up the app for myself and 3 colleagues for 3 days. It’s the busiest week of the year and could do with it working asap. The web browser option will have to do but it’s not great.

Danke für ein cooles Tool. Wir nutzen es zugegebenermaßen nicht für den eigentlichen Zweck sondern für ein Impfzentrum, welches wir an einer Arztpraxis angedockt haben und innerhalb weniger Tage in Betrieb nehmen mussten. Ich vermute, dass wenige andere Anwender so viele Termine in so kurzer Zeit vereinbaren müssen. Die Sache ist sehr leistungsfähig, das Interface super gemacht und sehr leicht verständlich. Die Hotline ist stets freundlich und gibt kompetent Auskunft. Weil wir es intensiv nutzen, haben wir natürlich einige Bugs entdeckt, die noch nicht weg sind. Einige Features fehlen: warum kann man bei einer Termin Absage einen kurzen Text dazu schreiben, bei einer Zusage aber nicht? Warum kann ich zu jedem Termin ein PDF hinterlegen, ist aber dem Buchenden nicht mit der Bestätigungsmail zu senden? Wir haben eine lange Liste
